2. About APNA BAZAR

APNA BAZAR operates as a multi-vendor marketplace through which customers can discover products offered by participating sellers.

Depending on the product and seller, availability, pricing, delivery options, return or exchange eligibility and other product-specific conditions may differ.

3. Customer Accounts

Some APNA BAZAR features require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account information reasonably up to date.

• Keep your account password confidential.
• Do not share passwords, OTPs or other authentication details.
• Do not allow another person to misuse your account.
• Notify the platform through available support channels if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Products and Seller Listings

Products available on APNA BAZAR may be listed by independent sellers. Product names, descriptions, images, prices, specifications, variants and availability are provided as part of the relevant product listing.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, lawful and suitable for sale through the marketplace. Product-specific conditions may apply depending on the seller and product.

Product availability can change without prior notice. APNA BAZAR may also restrict or remove listings when necessary for marketplace operations, safety, policy compliance or other legitimate reasons.

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are requesting the purchase of the selected products under the applicable product, seller and marketplace conditions.

An order may be subject to product availability, successful payment where applicable, address information, seller processing and other operational requirements.

Order status may change as the order moves through stages such as confirmation, processing, shipping and delivery.

6. Pricing and Availability

Shipping charges, where applicable, may be shown separately from the product price. The applicable order total is displayed during the ordering process.

7. Payments

8. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery depends on the order, seller, destination, product availability and applicable delivery arrangements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect or incomplete address or contact information may affect delivery.

Delivery information and order status may be available through the relevant order or tracking features on the platform.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to the eligibility rules applicable to the individual product and order item.

Where a return or exchange window is provided, the request must be submitted within the applicable period and must satisfy the conditions of the relevant product and seller.

The platform may require an order item to meet specific status and eligibility requirements before a return or exchange can be requested.

10. Refunds

Where refund information is required for an eligible return, the platform may request information such as a refund mobile number, bank account and IFSC, or UPI details.

Sellers using APNA BAZAR are responsible for maintaining accurate product information and complying with applicable marketplace requirements.

• Provide accurate product details, images and applicable information.
• Maintain appropriate product availability information.
• Process and fulfill accepted orders according to applicable marketplace requirements.
• Follow applicable return and exchange obligations for their products.
• Avoid misleading, fraudulent or prohibited listings.
• Keep seller account information accurate and secure.

12. Prohibited Use

Users must not misuse APNA BAZAR or attempt to interfere with the normal operation, security or integrity of the platform.

• Do not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to another account.
• Do not interfere with website systems or security controls.
• Do not submit deliberately false or misleading information.
• Do not abuse order, return, exchange or refund processes.
• Do not upload content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
• Do not use automated methods to improperly access or abuse marketplace functionality.

13. Reviews and User Content

Where APNA BAZAR provides features for reviews, feedback or other user-generated content, users are responsible for the information they submit.

Content should be truthful, relevant and respectful. Users should not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading or infringes another person's rights.

APNA BAZAR may take appropriate action regarding content that violates applicable platform requirements.

14. Account Suspension or Termination

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or misuse platform materials except where permitted by applicable law or with appropriate authorization.

16. Service Availability

We aim to keep APNA BAZAR available and functioning reliably. However, online services may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical issues, network problems, security incidents or circumstances outside reasonable operational control.

Certain features may therefore be temporarily unavailable or may be changed as the platform develops.

17. Limitation of Responsibility
